Added new CPC values

Today I added 20.000 new CPC values for keywords that have been added over the last week. This process has to been done by hand, adding 2.000 CPC values in each batch.

The Keyword Selector Tool has been used a lot during the last few days. I'm also getting good feedback and positive comments on forums.

I'm glad I can help out and please add your comments on how to improve.

Right now the database contains little over 130.000 keywords and about 10.000 new keywords are added every day. Each request is logged and cached several minutes later.

We are having some problems with duplicate phrases as Overture mixes up word order in keyword phrases for some weird reason. A filter for this problem will be added soon.

The way value is calculated will probably also be tweaked soon as a high CPC doesn't actually add value to a keyword (only for publishers sites), but rather reduces value as there is a greater competition.
