Dangling Link

A link to a page with no links to any other pages is called a dangling link. A dangling link usually loses visitors as the page they go to when clicking the link has no other place to go to. Visitors should always have some escape from a page other than the back button. A navigation or menu bar on each page is the simplest way to solve this problem. The page behind a dangling link is also referred to as an Orphan Page.
