YSM or Yahoo! Search Marketing is the new name for the Overture Advertisers Network. It's basically the same as Overture but will let you advertise on the Yahoo! Network. YSM is a keyword-based pay per click (PPC) internet advertising service provided by Yahoo!. After Yahoo! acquired Overture Services, Inc. it began offering this service.
